Hats Always On My Head!

It's so great to have you visit my hat blog!

My goal is to showcase the potential of even the most novice crocheter to be able to stitch together the most beautiful beanies, berets, and brain-warmers they never dreamed possible!

Please share your photos so I may place them on my Flickr page and here on this blog! I'm looking forward to sharing your hats with others and I just love to see what you have created!

Version 24 Mistletoe Hat!

BHP

Version 24

Mistletoe Hat

So sorry for bad pictures! We took them at 6 this morning! There was not good
lighting in the house at all!
The hat is made with dark green, medium green, dark red, and medium red.

There are two white beads on there for the seeds or buds on the mistletoe. Sorry I don't know what they are called!

I will get another pic this weekend!

Mistletoe Pattern

I looked for a free pattern but could not find one.

I used the pattern in the book, "100 Flowers to Knit & Crochet"

By Lesley Stanfield

Page 73

I can one in 10 minutes or less! So simple and very easy!

A great book!

For Your Information;

This hat was made with leftover Red Heart worsted acrylic yarn, a size J hook, and 18 rounds.

I love the hat. I made it for my sister's girlfriemd who asked me for a red hat, so I made it a little girlie by replacing the black with red,so it has more red. Totally unisex regardless, easy to make I made it one evening and it fit so well. thanks.
